The Epomaker x AULA F108 is a great contender when it comes to budget full-sized keyboards. The F108 utilizes a plastic build that comes in five different variations, has decent build quality, and has some good shortcuts to control the keyboard. The F108 utilizes its LEDs well, despite not having shine-through keycaps. While there was no software, the keyboard shortcuts were sufficient in accomplishing tasks from changing connection interfaces to changing the backlighting on the keyboard. The backlighting itself was quite appealing, being very vibrant and having a decent selection when it came to customization. The pre-lubricated LEOBOG Graywood V3 switches offer great performance and typing experience, especially for being a budget switch. The sound profile offered using these switches was quite clacky, due to the keyboard build as a whole. Inside the case, we find a gasket design with gasket socks on the edge of the plate. This offers a good amount of bounce when typing. Given the flexible nature of this mounting style, some foam and silicone are used to aid in the sound profile while doubling as a safety mechanism for the PCB. If you are thinking of disassembling the keyboard, I would advise not to, as the disassembly is quite difficult for a novice user and requires specific tools. This keyboard does offer good performance nonetheless, and an average user will have no issues, but if you are looking to mod it, I would look at other options. Some improvements that can be made are upgrading the cord to be braided for some extra durability. At a price of $90 USD, the Epomaker x AULA F108 is an excellent entry level contender for anyone looking for a budget full-sized keyboard with wireless capabilities.
