About 3DMark
3DMark includes everything you need to benchmark your hardware in one app. Whether you're gaming on a smartphone, tablet, notebook, laptop, desktop, or a high-performance gaming PC, 3DMark includes a benchmark designed specifically for your type of device. And it's not just for Windows. You can compare your scores with Android and iOS devices too. It's the best 3DMark we've ever created.

Like Futuremark's PCMark 8 benchmarking suite, 3DMark is yet another favorite among enthusiasts and reviewers alike. In fact, it has been part of the APH Networks' battery of standard benchmarks since the very beginning. The latest iteration of 3DMark is available in four presets. This includes Fire Strike Extreme, Sky Diver, Cloud Gate, and Ice Storm Extreme; each in decreasing order of GPU dependency. To give our test platform a little more comprehensive results, I enabled the Extreme option in our tests, where possible. As you can see in our graphs above, the DDR4-2400 G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-2400C15D-32GVR 2x16GB remained generally consistent with the pack. Bandwidth played a small role here, and it was interesting how the Ripjaws V, despite having the lowest bandwidth, won two of the four tests, and came up a hair behind everyone else in the rest.
