The TRYX TURRIS 620 has blown me away in nearly all categories. During my testing, it performed very well in cooling my power-intensive CPU. When the fan speeds were low, the noise produced was nearly silent, while higher speeds produced a noticeable but still rather quiet noise. The included fans also produced a good amount of airflow. For the contact plate, TRYX likely used a solid copper base plated with nickel to prevent corrosion. The installation process was very simple and straightforward, and TRYX also included a tube of thermal paste for multiple installations. The fans utilize a rail mechanism for mounting, which both simplifies the installation process and adds a premium feel to the experience. As for the appearance, the TRYX TURRIS 620 is among the best that can be found in the market. Even with the display turned off, the TURRIS 620, with its all-black color scheme and patterns, is visually appealing. The personalization options are endless with the 5-inch 60Hz IPS display on. There are a couple of nice-to-haves TRYX could consider. The first would be to allow multiple files to be selected and uploaded at the same time in the KANALI software. Having an option to change the text font and size would also be a nice addition. Lastly, utilizing or including an option for an AMOLED screen for even better colors and image quality. At press time, the TRYX TURRIS 620 can be found on TRYX's website for $110. This commands a premium price for a 120mm class cooler, but it delivers a premium experience with premium features, excellent acoustic, and solid thermal performance alongside unlimited personalization options.
