From InfoWorld: Last month Microsoft released a blitz of Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 updates that solved most of the problems plaguing users. But there were lingering complaints: For some people the Windows Hello camera wouldn't switch on prior to login, and others had problems with the sleep state turning permanent.
Yesterday Microsoft released another big bunch of patches, but they were more narrowly focused. The official Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 logs show the May 9 update primarily contains fixes for Intel drivers.
The new drivers specifically noted as Intel drivers are the AVStream Camera 2500, Control Logic, CSI2 Host Controller, Imaging Signal Processor 2500, Microsoft Camera Front, Microsoft Camera Rear, and Microsoft IR Camera Front. Only the Surface Camera drivers set (v30.10586.7035.1976, driver date 4/21/2016) is not from Intel.
If you do not see your update, the usual admonition applies:
When Surface updates are provided via the Windows Update service, they are delivered in stages to Surface customers. As a result, not every Surface will receive the update at the same time, but the update will be delivered to all devices. If you have not received the update then please manually check Windows Update later.
