From CNET: Dell made two of the very best Android tablets you could buy -- until now. The company is no longer selling its Android-based Venue tablets, and it won't be replacing them with new ones.
As of today, Dell isn't selling any Android products at all.
"The slate tablet market is oversaturated and is experiencing declining demand from consumers, so we've decided to discontinue the Android-based Venue tablet line," said a Dell spokesman.
Instead, Dell will focus its efforts on hybrid Windows devices, some of which also carry the same Venue branding as the former Android tablets.
Dell also won't be upgrading its existing devices to newer versions of Android, according to that same spokesman. It'll honor existing warranties, and that's all.
