Report: LTE-Enabled Samsung Stealth Heading to Verizon

From DailyTech: When an unnamed device from Samsung known only as SCH-i520 made the rounds at the Consumer Electronics Show in January, it got lost among Verizon's 10 other forthcoming LTE devices.

While the now aptly named Samsung Stealth flew under most radars back then, it is getting some more screen time thanks to some in-the-wild shots from Techno Buffalo.

The Stealth boasts a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 720p video recording and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, LTE/CDMA radios, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, aGPS, and HDMI-out. Nothing too groundbreaking, save for the LTE capability.

Out of the box, the Stealth is set to run Android 2.2 with the Samsung Touchwiz interface laid over it. "The phone will be upgradeable at some point in the future past 2.2 Froyo, but they had no information on when the first update would happen," TB writes. Considering Samsung's Android-updating past, don't count on any additional info on this aspect soon.

Additionally, LTE has been known to zap battery life quickly. According to the tipster, the 1500 mAh battery had no problems running all day
