From PC Mag: Apple’s most affordable iPhone is finally getting an update. The iPhone SE 4 is expected to be announced next week and go on sale later this month, Bloomberg reports.
Apple expects the iPhone SE 4 to “spur growth and entice consumers to switch from other brands.” However, the company might not hold an event for the reveal and opt for a press release instead, the report adds.
Rumors about the iPhone SE 4 have been circulating for quite some time. The device will do away with huge bezels and adopt an edge-to-edge display. It will also ditch the Home Button and Touch ID in favor of Face ID for improved security. Overall, from the front, it could look like the iPhone 14.
Tipster Majin Bu leaked the first looks of the SE 4 last month, and it appears to confirm all of the above rumors. The video also tips a USB-C charging port at the bottom and a single-camera module at the back.
