The 1MORE Fit Open Earbuds S70 has good overall music sound quality with its open-ear design. I particularly like its well-tuned midrange, decent soundstage, and accurate imaging. The comfort of the earbuds is great, and sometimes I forget I am wearing them. The built-in AI-powered enhanced noise reduction technology on the microphones does a good job of reducing background noise and improving voice clarity as well. The phone software works well, and the experimental feature of dual-device connection is quite nice. The battery life on the earbuds is quite good, as I was able to run them for 10.5 hours, even though they were a little bit below the 12-hour rating. The Bluetooth range is excellent, as I was able to get 85m line of sight, and surpasses the rated range of 10m. The case is sturdy and will not easily open even when being shaken around. Sound-wise, physical limitations made the sub-bass range rather week in quantity, and the treble range, while decent, could benefit from a boost in performance. In terms of areas of improvement, there is an audible background noise present when music is being played. It can be drowned out by background noise or by increasing the volume, but when listening to podcasts, raw speech will always produce a distracting light buzzing sound that cannot be overpowered by higher volumes. The sensitivity of the touch commands could use some optimization, as it takes a decent amount of force for them to be registered. Another modification recommendation is to remove the beep that plays before every execution of a command. Lastly, while I find its size to be acceptable, it can be argued they are bulky. At the current time of review, the S70 earbuds can be bought for $155 with the choices of black or white color. The 1MORE Fit Open Earbuds S70 are decent open earbuds, but may not appeal to everybody or shown in the best light in every application.
