About AIDA64 Engineer

AIDA64 Engineer has a hardware detection engine unrivaled in its class. It provides detailed information about installed software and offers diagnostic functions and support for overclocking. As it is monitoring sensors in real time, it can gather accurate voltage, temperature and fan speed readings, while its diagnostic functions help detect and prevent hardware issues. It also offers a couple of benchmarks for measuring the performance of individual hardware components or the whole system. It is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.

Unfortunately, we now look at the less interesting bar charts and graphs of the motherboard review. This boring part of the review is often victim to the case where people skip it over and fly all the way to Page 12. I do not really blame you, and if you wanted to, feel free to do so. For those who are still reading, I should also say benchmarking motherboards is not always the most useful thing, as performance between different brands are generally quite similar, barring the base clock "cheating" some manufacturers employ. We still run benchmarks, but instead of comparing between different motherboards, we have put it up against itself with the Intel Core i5-6600K overclocked. This provides a different comparison to show off the overclocking capabilities of the motherboard itself. I was able to take the CPU to 4.5GHz at acceptable voltages, and the results are as shown. With the overclocked results, we had an approximate gain of 25% in practically all the tests besides Photoworxx. This test showed a more moderate gain of 9.0%.
