While the Intel Atom D510 has an integrated memory controller, I was pretty surprised by the relatively high memory latency -- but this is an Intel issue and not Jetway, haha. Configured in single channel mode, it was quite interesting how pretty much all the EVEREST memory benchmarks are almost completely in line with the Intel Core Duo T2500 processor with dual channel DDR2-667 RAM in this particular section.
