About AIDA64 Engineer

AIDA64 Engineer has a hardware detection engine unrivaled in its class. It provides detailed information about installed software and offers diagnostic functions and support for overclocking. As it is monitoring sensors in real time, it can gather accurate voltage, temperature and fan speed readings, while its diagnostic functions help detect and prevent hardware issues. It also offers a couple of benchmarks for measuring the performance of individual hardware components or the whole system. It is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions, including Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

Our second set of AIDA64 tests, the FPU benchmarks, are usually uneventful results, because they rarely provide much difference between memory kits and instead the results are more dependent on the processor. This is mostly true, as the first three tests showed results with little variance between all of the tested kits. The floating point 32 and 64 ray tracing tests showed a bit more variance, however. The Lexar THOR OC DDR5-6000 2x16GB was basically near every other kit in these tests, although it was still numerically near the bottom for these tests. For the floating point 32 and 64 ray tracing tests, the Lexar THOR OC was near the middle for both of these tests. Overall, the numbers here were within the ballpark range of what you might expect from DDR5 memory.
