About AIDA64 Engineer

AIDA64 Engineer has a hardware detection engine unrivaled in its class. It provides detailed information about installed software and offers diagnostic functions and support for overclocking. As it is monitoring sensors in real time, it can gather accurate voltage, temperature and fan speed readings, while its diagnostic functions help detect and prevent hardware issues. It also offers a couple of benchmarks for measuring the performance of individual hardware components or the whole system. It is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions, including Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

Our third set of AIDA64 synthetic tests for our review today are the memory benchmarks. Traditionally, higher memory bandwidth RAM kits are favored, whether it is the Copy, Write, or Read results. Operating at DDR5-6000, the Lexar THOR OC placed exactly as you might expect. It was basically tied amongst the other kits operating at the same speed, which was not surprising. It did still fall behind in the Write and Copy tests compared to the other kits, but it was still markedly faster than the competition operating at slower speeds. Compared to the Lexar ARES RGB, the THOR OC traded blows, but the ARES RGB produced slightly better numbers.
