PCMark 10 is the latest version of the popular full system benchmark from UL. We used PCMark 10's Full System Drive Benchmark to test the drive's performance. According to UL, the Full System Drive Benchmark uses a wide-ranging set of real-world traces from popular applications and common tasks to fully test the performance of the fastest modern drives. The following traces were used and defined as follows:

boo: Booting Windows 10
sacr: Adobe Acrobat - starting the application until usable

The Netac NV7000-t 1TB provided surprisingly decent numbers in PCMark 10's benchmark here, coming in fifth overall. It was definitely surpassed by the top three by a notable margin, but our drive today was no slouch either. Breaking down the numbers, the Netac NV7000-t was one of the fastest drives against other DRAM-less SSDs, coming in first nine times. Only the WD_BLACK SN770 1TB drive performed better in this group. The Netac NV7000-t also provided some of the best application launch and usage results. Where it struggled more was in the file transfer tests for both larger and smaller files. Even so, I was quite pleased overall with the showing of the Netac NV7000-t 1TB, especially considering this is a budget drive.
