Like UL's PCMark 10 benchmarking suite, 3DMark is yet another favorite among enthusiasts and reviewers alike. In fact, it has been part of the APH Networks' battery of standard benchmarks since the very beginning. The latest iteration of 3DMark is available in a series of presets. We included CPU Profile, Night Raid, Solar Bay, and Steel Nomad Light. CPU Profile's Max Threads measures CPU performance using all available cores. Night Raid is a DirectX 12 benchmark. Solar Bay uses the Vulkan 1.1 graphics API. Steel Nomad Light is a DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.1 or Metal benchmark. All of these tests are more dependent on the CPU and RAM performance to best reflect our benchmarking intentions. The results produced for all tests were expected for our system configuration.
