Asus EAX1950PRO (ATI X1950 Pro) 256MB Review (Page 5 of 10)

Page 5 - Benchmark: Prey

It's always interesting to benchmark with Prey. In our previous benchmarks, it has been shown to us that with our custom timedemos the gain/loss with AA and AF enabled/disabled is very small. We'll get on this later on; however, you can see how the Quake engine likes to favor NVIDIA cards over ATI based graphics solution just like how our Asus EAX1950PRO gave a very prominent lead over the 7600GT in our Half-Life 2: Lost Coast benchmark previously.

Say hello to that one FPS gain for the Asus EAX1950PRO and the BFG 7600GT OC! The one that gained the most is the PowerColor X1550 for 2FPS, haha.

And yet another single FPS gain, with exception of the PowerColor X1550.
