Asus EN8800GTS (NVIDIA 8800GTS) 320MB Review (Page 7 of 10)

Page 7 - Benchmark: CS:S cs_militia

In our CS:S tests, we opted for 4xMSAA and 16xAF for maximum settings since that's pretty much universally supported. Again, the Asus EN8800GTS 320MB was nearly twice as powerful as the Asus EAX1950PRO.

The trend continues as the gap tightens up -- once AA and AF is reduced to 2xMSAA and 8xAF respectively, the EN8800GTS 320MB managed a 125FPS while the EAX1950PRO got 72FPS.

After AA is disabled, and AF set to Bilinear, the Asus EN8800GTS 320MB got a score of 157FPS, while the ATI Radeon X1950 Pro based EAX1950PRO got 90FPS average in our custom HDR timedemo.
