Like Futuremark's PCMark benchmarking suite, 3DMark 11 is yet another favorite among enthusiasts and reviewers alike. The latest iteration of 3DMark is available in three presets; separated into their respective categories of Entry, Performance, and Extreme. Entry is run at a resolution of 1024x600, Performance at 1280x720, and Extreme at 1920x1080. Being a relatively new benchmark on the market, Futuremark's latest program is more than capable of driving current generation graphics cards to its knees. And it did. But the motherboard plays a really little role in this, if at all.
