About PCMark Vantage
PCMark Vantage is a PC benchmark suite designed for Windows Vista offering one-click simplicity for casual users and detailed, professional grade testing for industry, press and enthusiasts.
A PCMark score is a measure of your computer’s performance across a variety of common tasks such as viewing and editing photos, video, music and other media, gaming, communications, productivity and security.
From desktops and laptops to workstations and gaming rigs, by comparing your PCMark Vantage score with other similar systems you can find the hardware and software bottlenecks that stop you getting more from your PC.

PCMark Vantage aims to shed a little more insight into real life performance of your computer hardware by semi-synthetic means -- and all insight is good, right? The great thing about standardized tests is anyone can repeat them and get very similar results, given identical hardware. Well, I am not going to narrate the stuff above in detail, because we all know graphs are there for a very good reason. In the past, benchmark results are boring to read, because what sets one drive above another is usually marginally better performance. With the OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS 240GB in the match, it just embarrasses everything that even tries to put up a fight with it. And let's just say you don't even want to read the numbers. The margin of win is so high, you don't even need the numerical values in the graphs for you to see how epic the Vertex 3 Max IOPS 240GB is. Epic SSD is epic!
