3DMark has been around long enough to earn a solid reputation with PC enthusiasts all around the internet. The unique selection of graphic test benchmarks makes for good tests to run on your PC. The benchmark tests chosen, in decreasing GPU dependencies, were Time Spy Extreme, Port Royal, Fire Strike Ultra, Fire Strike Extreme, and Night Raid. Looking at the results, we can see all three memory kits performed around the same margin, with Port Royal being the only exception. Like it was with the synthetic tests, the Patriot Viper Elite II DDR4-4000 2x8GB mostly scored in the middle or back of the pack for all tests except Night Raid, where it came out on top. The differences in scores here were negligible overall though, so it is clear to see memory does not play a huge role when it comes to graphics performance.
