Page 4 - Conclusion
Not everyone may need the Quntis Monitor Light Bar Focus 41cm Grey, but there are many positive features for those who are looking for one. First, its physical build is sturdy with a solid stand and a pivoting direction of light. It features controls to adjust brightness and color temperature and provides a flicker-free experience. Its top positioning also ensures there is no glare against the screen. The stand creates a flat place to rest a webcam, ensuring neither interfere with one another. I also appreciate it remembers the last setting between power cycles or after a power loss. The remote control is the only input for the Monitor Light Bar Focus 41cm Grey, but it can pair with multiple units to control them all. On the other hand, there are some areas that could be revised. For one, all adjustments are manual and there is no automatic brightness or color temperature. You can step between set levels of brightness or color temperature, but fine tuning between the levels is a clunky process. Finally, Quntis needs to solve their inconsistent product naming to make it easier to find any of their products. At the time of review, the Quntis Monitor Light Bar Focus 41cm Grey can be found for under $35, which is an acceptable amount to pay. At this price point and feature set, if you are looking for peripheral lighting to reduce the contrast around your monitor, then this is a fine option.
