1MORE SonoFlow Review

How do you manage noise in your life? A few weeks ago, I was teaching a group of Grade 5 kids at church working on some assignments when I saw an interesting interaction between two kids from another group. The first kid, a guy, was being loud and obnoxious trying to get the attention of the second kid, a girl, by trying to talk to her non-stop. She was trying to read her book and looked obviously annoyed, but the guy kept bringing up theological questions that the girl obviously does not have the answer to. I do not know what his goals were, and to be fair, his theological questions were actually quite thoughtful, but I do not think the girl was very impressed the entire time because she literally tried to push his face away. In life, there is always noise that is persistent like the kid who will not go away, and instead we have to learn how to manage it. The most common persistently noisy environments include being on the plane and riding in public ground transport. You can plug your ears, or in addition to passive noise blocking, you can also try active noise canceling from a pair of quality headphones. Today, we have the 1MORE SonoFlow over-ear headphones, which promises great sound quality and active noise canceling all at an affordable price. It is uncommon to see all three things come together from my experience, so I do have a few questions about this product. Does the 1MORE SonoFlow sound good? Does its active noise canceling actually work? How is the build quality of these headphones? Well, we took one in and set out to answer all of the above.

Our review unit of the 1MORE SonoFlow came in a medium-sized, brown corrugated cardboard box from an Amazon warehouse in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada alongside the 1MORE EVO, which I will look at in the coming weeks. Using Intelcom, everything arrived to us here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in great condition for our review today.

1MORE always had great consumer electronics packaging, and the SonoFlow is no exception. The retail box looks clean and modern. In the top left corner, you will find 1MORE's logo in the black area. The product name, description, and list of feature highlights can be found at the bottom left corner. A photo of the headphones occupies the remaining blue textured areas of the box on the right. Feature highlights and specifications in multiple languages can be found on the remaining sides of the box.

Before we move on, let us take a look at the specifications of the 1MORE SonoFlow, as obtained from the manufacturer's website:

The user guide and warranty guide are placed inside a plastic bag on the side. Even though the bundle is simple, I find it appropriate and adequate. The hard zippered carrying case is useful and feels like it is good quality.
