DeepCool Mystique 360 Review

A couple of weeks ago, I went out with my girlfriend's family to celebrate one of her sibling's birthday. This place is pretty neat in that they have an open buffet-style area for all of the extras, including vegetables, salads, and carbohydrates. For the grilled items, servers walk around with different cuts on large skewers and a knife. When they stop at your table, they let you know what they are carrying and ask if you want some. I think this idea is quite novel, as it ensures the meat would generally stay hot and fresh from the grill. However, this leads to my one concern. If you are looking for a specific item, you have to wait for a server to come back around to your table. This was especially true as my girlfriend really liked their caramelized pineapples. While this is not meat, they roasted pineapples with sugar and cinnamon, and it was a nice treat throughout the evening. Every time the pineapple came by, she would want at least one slice. Furthermore, she lamented the moment they left by crying out, "Come back, pineapple man!" All in all, their grilled items, especially their caramelized pineapples, were the star of the show, but the overall experience was enjoyable. In a similar light, we have a product today that center on its large 2.8" screen. This product is the DeepCool Mystique 360, which is an all-in-one liquid cooler. This integrated display may be the eye-catcher, but does the rest of the cooler hold up so we have a full experience, or will we find other areas that are a letdown? Let us read on to find out!

Today's review unit of the Mystique 360 arrived from DeepCool's American offices in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It was shipped using UPS and their Standard ground service, and the box arrived in excellent condition. There are no bumps or bruises on this container to be concerned about internal damage. Inside, DeepCool has also packed extra material to prevent the Mystique 360 from damage. This arrived at our APH Networks location here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Similar to other DeepCool products we have reviewed, the Mystique 360 comes in a standard looking brown cardboard box with a sleeve on top. The white sleeve displays a scaled-down image of the liquid cooler, with the product name shown above. A descriptor of "5th Gen Liquid Cooler with LCD Screen" is listed underneath its name. The DeepCool name and logo can be found on the cardboard box and at the top of the sleeve. Around the back of the sleeve, we have more detailed information regarding the specifications and features of the Mystique 360.

Out of the box, the DeepCool Mystique 360 comes in two plastic bags, with one for the CPU block and pump combination and the other for the radiator. Additionally, the radiator section is sleeved with another cardboard shell and placed between a piece of foam for extra cushioning. All of the fans on the Mystique 360 come already attached to the radiator. In a separate cardboard box, you will find the mounting accessories and necessary cables to install the AIO cooler. While the mounting hardware is stored in their own separate plastic bags, I would have preferred resealable bags used here instead. According to the specifications, the DeepCool Mystique 360 can be mounted on most modern desktop CPU sockets, including Intel LGA1700/1200/1151/1150/1155 and AMD AM5/AM4. Installation manuals can be found in a separate cardboard sleeve for convenience. As for its warranty, the Mystique lineup is covered for five years, which is reassuringly lengthy.
