As part of my girlfriend's business, when she is not preparing for shows or at them, she also has to handle orders from her online store. We were recently at a post office with the anticipation of shipping some packages out. We called out for an attendant, whose name was Tyler, to help us pay for a larger parcel. We also asked him to check the measurements on one of the letters. Unfortunately, it was a bit thicker than the typical slot would normally allow, and the attendant said it was a 50/50 chance the postal service would ship it. Afterwards, he walked back into the back room. We knew this thickness was primarily because the envelopes she used were lined with bubble wrap. As such, in order to get the package a bit thinner without opening it up, we started popping the bubbles until it was thin enough to fit through. As we finished our work and dropped the envelopes into the slot, my girlfriend said, "Take that, Tyler!", triumphantly finessing the system. This was poor timing for this exclamation, as Tyler had walked back onto the store floor, unbeknownst to us. In order to avoid any bad last interactions, she took a shipping box she was eyeing and went back to Tyler for him to ring it up. Even though I doubt the attendant actually heard her remark, it was amusing to me to think she needed to do anything, as I personally would have just run away after that exchange. I think sometimes we may accidentally let things slip when we do not know who is around, which can get the best of us. On the other hand, when companies make false claims about their products, it becomes very hard for them to cover it up, especially when we have them for review. Today, we have the 1MORE ComfoBuds Mini True Wireless. While I have reviewed several ComfoBuds, including the original, Pro, and second revision, what does the miniature variant bring today? Does it live up to the claims from 1MORE or are there some hidden things? Let us read on to find out!
Today's review unit of the 1MORE ComfoBuds Mini True Wireless came from an Amazon warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a pretty common way for companies to ship their products to us, as they already have stock in Canada. This small brown corrugated cardboard box was shipped using Intelcom and arrived in excellent condition with no bruises or marks to be too concerned about.
Unlike previous ComfoBuds, our 1MORE ComfoBuds Mini True Wireless came in mostly black retail packaging, similar in style to the 1MORE SonoFlow. The iconic "1" outline splits the box up with the product displayed on the right side and the wording on the left side. The 1MORE logo can be found at the top of the box, while the product name and descriptions can be found underneath. Some key features are highlighted at the front, including the active noise cancellation, dual microphone for calling capabilities, and personalized sound equalizers through SoundID. More specifications can be found at the back in multiple languages. We will explore these features and specifications as we continue on our review.
Before moving on, I have grabbed the specifications from the manufacturer's website for your viewing pleasure:
