About SuperPI
Super PI is a computer program that calculates pi to a specified number of digits after the decimal point - up to a maximum of 32 million. It uses Gauss-Legendre algorithm and is a Windows port of the program used by Yasumasa Kanada in 1995 to compute Pi to 2^32 digits.

Again, since SuperPi is not a multithreaded application, calculation times favor CPUs with high FPU performance. In general, the Intel Atom D525 just does not perform anywhere near modern processors. The Atom line of processors is not meant to handle this type of calculation in a fast amount time. On the other hand, the D525 recorded a 7 second calculation time decrease compared to the D510, thanks to an additional 200MHz speed boost and faster FSB.
About Cinebench R11.5
CINEBENCH is a real-world cross platform test suite that evaluates your computer's performance capabilities. CINEBENCH is based on MAXON's award-winning animation software CINEMA 4D, which is used extensively by studios and production houses worldwide for 3D content creation. MAXON software has been used in blockbuster movies such as Spider-Man, Star Wars, The Chronicles of Narnia and many more.
CINEBENCH is the perfect tool to compare CPU and graphics performance across various systems and platforms (Windows and Mac OS X).
CPU performance for the Atom D525 is up only 0.07 points better than the D510. However, the OpenGL test is again where the NC98 shines, thanks to the NVIDIA Proton graphics -- which almost doubled the performance of the NC84 with ATI's Radeon HD 4200 IGP. Despite the fact that no one really considers using integrated graphics for OpenGL rendering, it is admirable that the OpenGL test ran nicely. As we have mentioned in our past NC94 and NC96 reviews, OpenGL is not supported by the Intel GMA 3150 IGP, therefore unable to run -- leaving an end score of 0.
