The SAMA L70 360WH is a good looking AIO cooler with an infinity mirror that delivers vivid, multi-layered ARGB lighting. Throughout the installation process, the instructions are easy to follow with a very straightforward procedure. SAMA also included a tube of their Freeze thermal paste, which can be used for multiple installations. During my testing, it performed well enough in cooling my midrange AMD CPU for both the idle and load tests, but it did not significantly outperform the compared air coolers. When the fan speeds were low, the noise produced was nearly silent, while higher speeds produced a noticeable, but still reasonable, amount of noise. The pump produced minimal noise at both the lowest and highest settings. The contact plate utilizes a pure copper plate with a smooth finish. The tube running from the radiator to the pump is sturdy, but still flexible. As for the visual design, it is clean and vibrant with the ARGB LEDs on. The split design of the pump block with the infinity mirror also adds a nice sophistication to the overall look. At press time, I was able to find the SAMA L70 360WH for an excellent price of $60. It is not exactly a cooler that is "high-performance" with "excellent thermal efficiency", especially for a 360mm model, but for the price, you get a lot for your money. Overall, the SAMA L70 360WH is a solid and aesthetic AIO liquid cooler with acceptable performance at a super low price.
