It is finally the month of November, and do you know what that means? This is the month for all gamers, as two major titles are dropping. Grand Theft Auto VI and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake are both releasing this month, and many people are arguing about the two games. I think something people fail to realize is that these two games are catered to two very different demographics. Of course, there is some overlap, but in the case of taking the audience away from each other, I personally find it unlikely. The first consideration is the fact that these are on opposite consoles. If you own a Switch 2, you are buying Ocarina of Time. If you own an Xbox or PlayStation, you are buying GTA 6. If you have both consoles, you are very likely buying both games. As for my household, my brother will be buying GTA 6 and I will be buying Ocarina of Time, as we both own the respective consoles for them. That being said, I am never one to pre-order a game, but in this case, I am. The Canada pre-order exclusives are a little too good to pass up. Part of me was contemplating buying an extra copy and scalping it, but I realized I actually have dignity. Anyway, I am really quite excited to relive a piece of my childhood and to suffer through the water temple again. There are so many things that I want to see in this game aside from the quality of life changes. I want the nostalgia of the music with a slight twist, to see the reimagined world, to find the Easter eggs hidden throughout the game. There is so much anticipation for me in this game that resembles my anticipation when it comes to looking at new keyboards. This week we the KEMOVE K94, an 1800 layout keyboard that features wireless functional design. Will this keyboard get me as excited as the Ocarina of Time Remake? Keep reading to find out!

Our review unit of the KEMOVE K94 came alongside the P10 and P11. The box was shipped to us here in Calgary, Alberta from Shenzhen, China via UniUni. The shipping process was pretty good, having a few scuffs and marks on the package. I was not worried about the condition of the product itself, as there was no noticeable damage.

The KEMOVE K94’s box design is relatively modern, using white and silver. The front displays the KEMOVE K94 name in an incredibly large font. It does state it is a mechanical keyboard, as there is no actual photo of the keyboard itself on the front of the box. The side of the box states the colorway names. On the bottom, we find a render of the keyboard as well as some specifications. Personally, I do not mind this, as I appreciate the lack of clutter, and the simple design is easy to navigate.
Before we continue, here are the specifications for the KEMOVE K94, as specified by the manufacturer’s website:
Model: KEMOVE K94
Layout: 94-key compact layout with numpad
Connectivity: Bluetooth, 2.4G wireless, and USB-C wired
Firmware: QMK/VIA compatible open-source key remapping
Switch Support: Hot-swappable mechanical switches
Battery: 8000mAh rechargeable battery

Out of the box, you will receive the KEMOVE K94 keyboard with a cable, keycap/switch puller, extra switches, and a user manual. The keyboard has a plastic cover to prevent any surface scratches. The P10 and P11 both come with their own box and provide a manual alongside them. The P10 is a keycap and switch puller that is quite functional, and the P11 is a multi-keycap puller that I personally find to be gimmicky. I was satisfied when it came to packaging. The quality of the packaging is fairly basic, only utilizing the box and no foam.
