Much to our surprise, the P35 based P5K-Deluxe came out last on our PCMark05 CPU test. The NVIDIA 650i based motherboards tied each other; while Asus' P5W64-WS Professional led the way at 4805 points.

Update: New BIOS revision 0404 brought the score up to 4787. Our tests has been repeated several times to confirm this new result.

The Asus P5NT-WS is certainly a memory performer, which led this benchmark at 4678 points. The P5K-Deluxe did slightly better and ended up just ahead of the abit AB9-Pro at 4482 points.

Intel's ICH9R southbridge has slightly better burst speeds (More on this later) -- contributing to its score of 6069; ahead of the ICH7R and ICH8R based P5W64-WS Professional and abit AB9-Pro, respectively.
