As suggested by the name of this benchmark, this is where all the difference really comes in. In our EVEREST 4.50 memory tests, the Read benchmark had the OCZ Special Ops trail by 813 points (9.37%), 222 points for Copy (2.82%), and 47 points for Write (0.65%). Unsurprisingly, the relaxed default latencies of OCZ's Special Ops PC3-10666 2x2GB RAM at 9-9-9-20 arrived at a 16.05% increased latency over the best (OCZ ReaperX PC3-10666 @ 6-5-5-18) in our results.
