Given that the Silicon Power Blaze B05 64GB is a bit more expensive than its M70 counterpart, I expected it to perform better, which it did. Our tests here have shown that its read speeds are definitely better. However, it is lacking a bit in the write speeds. In cronological order, we can see that the Blaze B05 has write speeds of 50.61MB/s, 22.45MB/s, 0.032MB/s, and 0.037MB/s for sequential, 512K, 4K, and 4K QD32, respectively. As per read speeds, the Blaze B05 was able to pull off speeds at 217.8MB/s, 203.5MB/s, 7.315MBs, and 7.955MB/s, respectively. Comparatively in the same order, the M70 had write speeds of 76.32MB/s, 1.187MB/s, 0.199MB/s, and 0.169MB/s, while read speeds were at 188.8MB/s, 140.9MB/s, 6.115MB/s, and 5.87MB/s. So far, it seems like the Blaze B05 has its advantages in certain areas over the M70, but the M70 also has its advantages, likewise.
