Yeyian Sigurd Series 2503 Report (Page 3 of 5)

Page 3 - OSD and Test System

The on-screen display menu of the Yeyian Sigurd Series 2503 can be accessed by pressing the top button at the back of the monitor. The OSD menu is pretty straightforward, and it looks very familiar to the one on my ViewSonic display, albeit with a red and black color scheme. The first tab called View Mode, which primarily affects the color profiles for the monitor. This includes several profiles as you can see. Next, we have a tab labeled "Manual Image Adjust". Different settings, like changing sharpness, dynamic contrast ratio, changing response times, and enabling FreeSync or MPRT.

Under "Color Adjust", you can change more standard things like contrast, brightness, color temperature with preset settings, color range, and an item called HDRShow. Enabling this, however, negatively affected the color output, even when trying to enable HDR in Windows, so I ended up leaving it as is. The "Audio Adjust" menu is where you can change the volume or mute the internal speakers in the Yeyian Sigurd Series 2503. "Input Select" lets you choose between the inputs to display on the monitor. Finally, "Setup Menu" is where you can change the on-screen display menu settings as well as other operation settings. Finally, you can fully reset all of your changes in the monitor here.
